COMMITMENT (HOURS): Full-time (40 hours/week)
STATUS: Exempt (6 months orientation period)

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Hong Fook CBAS program. Hong Fook provides a comprehensive range of day health services to frail seniors and disabled adults, to maintain them in the community at their highest level of functioning. Under the general supervision of the Administrator, the Program Director is responsible for the program management, operation and general administration of the ADHC.

SALARY RANGE: The target annual pay for this job is $95,800 - $111,200 with benefits. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Hong Fook CBAS program. Under the general supervision of the Administrator, the Program Director is responsible for the program management, operation and general administration of the ADHC.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations of Hong Fook Center.
- Supervise all regular back-up staff and volunteers.
- Supervise staff in completion and submission of TARs timely
- Develop the program in accordance with the needs of the participants served.
- Monitor and maintain an ADA in accordance with the ADA specified in the yearly budget.
- Evaluate the participant’s changing needs and make necessary program adjustments.
- Chairperson of the multidisciplinary team meeting, leading the team in developing appropriate treatment plans to meet the needs of the participants.
- Prepare and review a variety of reports in compliance with Agency policies, regulations and requirements.
- Oversee the policy and procedure of the ADHC, ensuring compliance with State licensing regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, in the field of: nursing, social work, psychology or recreational, occupational or physical therapy, dietetics or gerontology.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate a licensed health care program.
- Experience in a clinical setting and in working with the frail elderly.
- At least 3 years’ experience in supervising staff.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with co-workers and participants.
- Preferred: Bilingual in English/Cantonese language (both written and verbal).
- Good communication, organizational and customer service skills.
- Must be able to communicate through speech to clients, co-workers and other staff.
- Ability to see and hear to interact with others.
